The sky happened to be gorgeous and the water was perfectly reflective for this photo. It was taken at the north side of Goose Island County Park in LaCrosse County, Wisconsin. I had just finished a paddle northbound against the current, and when I came to a stop, I was greeted with beautifully calm water.
